Yaqub and Beautiful Patience

يعقوب

Yaqub meets family betrayal and long grief with beautiful patience and continuing hope in Allah.

Story plateA symbolic garment recalls the shirt that appears first with a false claim and later with the return of Yaqub’s sight.

Yaqub receives Yusuf’s dream with care. When the brothers return with a false account and a blood-stained shirt, he turns to beautiful patience.

His grief is open but does not become despair. Yusuf’s shirt later accompanies the return of Yaqub’s sight, and the family is reunited.
